About and methodology

PropFirmCompareHub is a comparison site for futures prop firm evaluations. We built it because the true cost and the real rules of a prop firm account are scattered across pricing pages, help-center articles and checkout screens.

Where the data comes from

What we track

For each plan and account size: evaluation price and billing (one-time or monthly), activation fee, reset fee, profit target, maximum drawdown and its type (end-of-day trailing, intraday trailing or static) for both evaluation and funded stages, daily loss limit, consistency rules, minimum trading days, max contracts, profit split, payout frequency and caps, and overnight and news policies where published.

How "top picks", the quiz and the calculator work

Nothing is ranked by opinion or by commission. Home-page picks are whichever plan wins one stated criterion (for example "lowest one-time cost at 50K") using verified list prices. The quiz scores plans against your answers using only verified values and flags anything it could not confirm. The calculator adds up price, activation, monthly fees and resets with a published formula, and leaves out (and flags) any fee we couldn't verify.

What we don't do

Keeping it current

Firms change rules often. When we update a value we record it in the rule-change log. If you spot something out of date, email hello@propfirmcomparehub.com with a link to the firm's official page.

This site is for information only and is not financial advice. Always read the firm's current terms before buying.
